BREATHING

BREATHING IS BEST DONE NATURALLY FROM YOUR LOWER BELLY RATHER THAN YOUR CHEST 
WITH YOUR ATTENTION DIRECTED TOWARD A POINT THE WIDTH OF FOUR FINGERS BELOW YOUR NAVEL 
THE ADVANTAGE OF THIS IS THAT IT TENDS TO CENTER YOUR BODY-MIND AREA 
THEREBY PREVENTING TENSION FROM DEVELOPING IN YOUR HEAD AND SHOULDERS 
REDUCING THE NUMBER OF WANDERING THOUGHTS AND SOOTHING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM 
THE BREATH SHOULD NOT BE PUSHED DOWN OR MANIPULATED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT AT THE BEGINNING OF A ROUND OF SITTING 
WHEN IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE ONE OR TWO DEEP BREATHS 
SLOWLY EXHALING AFTER EACH ONE
